Onboarding one-on-one
About 20 minutes with your coach: your starting point, one goal to work on, a short questionnaire and your Discord invite. You also keep a simple study log for three days.

It works for any program: methods adapt to the course, like practice problems for math and science, or blank-page recall for humanities and languages.
Before you start
About 20 minutes with your coach: your starting point, one goal to work on, a short questionnaire and your Discord invite. You also keep a simple study log for three days.
01Week 1
Study methods that work, procrastination, and plans that beat willpower. You also write and sign a personal goal, kept private until Class 5. In your one-on-one, you map your week and write your first study plan.
02Week 2
Pretesting (guessing before the lecture), using AI to quiz yourself with guardrails, planning your week once in a single tool, and setting up your study space. In your one-on-one, you fix the plan and cut down your apps.
03Week 3
Making hard work feel better. In your one-on-one, you review what worked, check your course withdrawal deadlines and adjust.
04Week 4
Studying by course type: solving, recalling and arguing. Mixed practice and self-explanation, and a step-by-step plan for when you can't focus.
05Week 5
A look back at your first month: what's working, what to change next. An optional workshop on using AI to study is also planned this week.
06Week 6
A finale: coaching yourself from a third-person view, keeping a progress log, what to do when motivation is low, telling tired from burnt out, and what to expect at university. Everyone shares their progress and reveals their goal. Your last one-on-one hands you your own system to keep going.
07Every week
You set 3 to 5 concrete tasks at the end of each class and tick them off in Discord. Before a real test comes back, you post the grade you expect, then the real one. Your coach sends you a personal message every week.
08At the end
A final resource, discounts on future InTuition services, and the participants' Discord community stays open.
09Small enough that everyone shares in every class, big enough to learn from how others study.
THE STUDY LOOP
Before a real test comes back, you post the grade you expect. When it comes back, you post the real one. The gap between the two is the most useful number in studying, and over six weeks you see whether it shrinks.
